Just in case you were thinking of slacking


This is what Day Two looks like. A 100-foot climb barely ten miles into the day, with eighty miles left after that. I HATE hills ...

Just remember everyone, there is no shame in walking up some hills. In 2006, I walked a lot of hills, with A LOT of other people. It give your legs a break and uses some other muscle groups.
